If you’ve ever felt the call of the high seas in your bones, the Bytown Sea Shanty Collective’s Chamberfest debut is sure to make a splash. Born out of a love for Canada’s East Coast, this Ottawa-based acapella vocal quartet has been delighting audiences for over two years with their spirited, swashbuckling takes on traditional and original sea shanties. High-energy and community-driven, tonight’s performance is a joyful celebration of maritime music—and don’t be surprised if you’re invited to sing along!
